Each day this agent scans your placements pipeline for records flipped to Placed, looks up the partner's commission rate, generates a clean Google Docs invoice with the correct number, line items, and net-30 terms, and emails it to the billing contact. It then walks the AR ledger: at 30 days overdue it sends a friendly nudge, at 60 a firmer second notice, and at 90 a final notice plus a human-escalation flag.
