How does Twin's pricing work?

Twin uses a credit-based system. Credits are only deducted when agents do real work — building, running, browsing, researching, or generating output.

Build Mode vs Run Mode?

Build Mode (creating or updating agents) uses high-reasoning AI and is the most credit-intensive. Run Mode (executing deployed agents) uses a lighter model with memory from previous builds — typically 3–10× cheaper. Build once, run many times.

What do typical tasks cost?

Simple automations run 15–30 credits. A scraping job (~100 items) costs 20–70 credits. A browser-agent session (~20 steps) costs 100–200 credits. Media generation (image, video, slides) runs 20–50 credits per asset.

When am I charged credits?

Only when agents do real work. No charges for idle agents, saved configurations, inactive workflows, or viewing results.

Can I buy extra credits?

Yes. Paid subscribers can buy one-time top-ups using the same tiered pricing, with volume discounts up to 11.8% on the largest packages. Top-up credits stay valid for 6 months as long as your subscription is active.

Do you offer team or enterprise plans?

Yes. Custom plans include shared wallets, teammate invites, member caps, and custom commercial terms. Reach out to alexis@twin.so.
