What workflow(s) does Twin handle for you?
Twin has become my daily operational engine across four recurring workflows: market research, daily press clippings, social media content creation, and Asana coordination. The most disruptive feature is its Asana integration: Twin doesn't just process data; it automatically structures tasks and obligations across different departments. This allows me to move seamlessly from strategy to execution, delegating the workflow organization to AI based on the specific goals of each area.
What changed?
The very nature of my productivity has evolved. Previously, "delegating" still required heavy human supervision; today, Twin possesses the autonomy required to handle tasks from start to finish on a daily operating cadence. By freeing my time from administrative burdens and constant monitoring, I can focus on Bitwage's growth and high-level decision-making. We moved from reactive management to a proactive model where the tool anticipates the work structure my team needs.
What were you doing before?
I used to rely on manual, fragmented processes. I would jump between multiple platforms to gather news, analyze trends, create content inputs, and then manually input everything into Asana to assign tasks. It was a constant bottleneck that limited my analytical capacity. Managing content and tracking objectives felt like cumbersome tasks that competed with the strategic vision of the business.
What would you tell someone on the fence?
I would tell them to stop viewing AI as just a chatbot and start seeing it as an autonomous collaborator. The difference with Twin is that it doesn't just provide answers-it executes actions. If you manage multiple areas and feel like there aren't enough hours in the day, Twin isn't a luxury; it's the necessary infrastructure to scale your management capacity without burning out.
One word that captures it?
Autonomy.
