A real-time monitoring agent that watches a single hyper-specific topic, source, or signal stream and pushes only genuinely new items to your messaging channel of choice. On every run it queries the configured data source for items inside a rolling lookback window, deduplicates against a persistent seen-items table, applies a relevance filter against the topic description, formats matches into a compact summary, and delivers them to the destination channel. When no new signals exist, the agent finishes silently rather than flooding the channel with empty status pings. Best for narrow, jargon-heavy beats where mainstream feeds are too noisy and missing a signal has a real cost.
