Listing outreach, written per property

The seller has a drawer of “I sell homes fast.” Your letter opens on the 94 days.

Hand Relist the address, the last list price, and the days on market. Minutes later you have four pieces — doorstep letter, postcard, SMS, call script — every one of them built on the single reason that listing actually died.

All four pieces free · written in minutes · no card required

A press desk under a low lamp: a doorstep letter, a postcard and a typed call script laid out side by side next to a wax stamp and a marked-up page of listing price history.

What you receive

One packet, lifted off the desk exactly as it was written.

1408 Willow Bend sat 94 days at $625,000 before it expired. Relist wrote from the history the agent pasted — no MLS login, nothing to connect.

How it works

Three steps, and none of them is a blank page.

01 · IntakeHand over the history

Address, last list price, days on market, and whatever you know about why the sellers pulled it. That is the entire form.

02 · AngleThe reason gets named first

Overpriced, badly presented, or bad timing — nothing is written until there is one reason worth writing about, and it is stated plainly so you can argue with it.

03 · PressFour pieces, set together

Letter, postcard, SMS, and script arrive as one packet on your dashboard. Print it, mail it, dial it.

Inside every delivery

Three things the template in their drawer will never do.

An angle, not a template

Every other letter in that drawer opens with the agent. Yours opens with the listing’s own price story, in the seller’s own numbers.

Every channel covered

Doorstep, mailbox, phone, and text — one argument in four registers, so the postcard never contradicts the script.

Objections pre-handled

“We’re taking a break.” “We’ll re-list in spring.” Both are answered on the page before you ever dial.

Who’s behind this

Built by a listing agent, not a marketing mill.

Twin Labs · Agent desk

Writing expired-listing campaigns since 2025.

Thirty expired listings in two years, and every one of them started with a letter that said the real problem out loud. Relist writes that letter — and the postcard, the text, and the script that follow it — in less time than it used to take me to find the owner’s name.

FAQ

The three things agents ask first.

Will the seller know a machine wrote it?

Paste one letter of your own during setup and Relist writes in that register from then on. You read all four pieces on your dashboard before a single one is sent.

I don’t actually know why it expired.

Most agents don’t. Give Relist the price history and the days on market — the angle is inferred from that, and it is stated at the top of the packet so you can correct it if you know better.

Can I get in trouble for mailing this?

Packets stay on the listing’s public history and make no claims about the previous broker. Nothing leaves your hands automatically: you review every word and send it yourself.

Your first Relist packet costs nothing.

Read the letter, the postcard, the text and the script. Then decide.
