Acquisition deal flow, scored daily
Every new listing screened against your buy-box before you open a browser.
Set the box once: category, revenue floor, multiple ceiling, deal-breakers. Each morning Spyglass sweeps Flippa, Acquire and Microns, scores whatever is new, and stages it — worth a look, evaluating, or passed with the rule that killed it. You read verdicts, not listings.

What you receive
One morning's sweep, exactly as it lands.
A micro-SaaS and content buy-box, 3.2x ceiling. Two of eight listings survived it — the rest carry the rule that stopped them.
How it works
Three steps between listing noise and a staged pipeline.
Category, revenue floor, multiple ceiling, deal-breakers. Saved once, then applied identically to every listing that appears — including the ones you'd have skimmed past at 11pm.
Flippa, Acquire and Microns are checked daily for anything new. Each listing is scored against your rules, not against a generic marketplace quality grade.
New, evaluating, worth-a-look, passed — every row arrives with its one-line verdict, so diligence starts on the two that survived instead of the eight that arrived.
Inside every delivery
What a sweep is worth on a Tuesday.
Nothing is scored without a citation. A pass names the rule that fired: 4.8x over your ceiling, 41% margin, 60% sponsor concentration. You can argue with it — that's the point.
Good listings get bid up within days. A sweep that finishes before your first coffee puts you in the seller's inbox while the thread is still short.
Stages persist across sweeps. A relist or a price cut on something you already passed comes back flagged, not rediscovered from zero next Thursday.
Who's behind this
Built by an acquirer, not a marketplace affiliate.
Screening online-business listings daily since 2025.
I bought two micro-SaaS businesses and passed on two hundred listings to get them. The passing is the actual work, and it's mechanical: multiple, margin, churn, concentration. Spyglass runs that screen every morning, so the only listings I read are the ones that already survived it.

FAQ
The three fair objections.
Three marketplaces — is that enough deal flow?
Flippa, Acquire and Microns are swept every day by default, and between them they carry most of the online-business listings worth screening. Additional sources can be added in your plan settings.
Does it contact sellers or make offers?
No. Spyglass evaluates and stages, nothing more. Outreach, diligence and price stay entirely with you — the verdict is just your opening note when you decide to write.
What happens when I tighten the buy-box?
Change it any time. New criteria apply from the next sweep, and existing pipeline stages are preserved, so you can drop a ceiling from 3.5x to 3.2x without losing the deals you're already working.
