At 09:00 UTC the municipal and county directories in your coverage are read seat by seat, and every entry is checked back against its official source page before it is written.
New and changed seats are marked, term-end dates and open filing windows are flagged for outreach timing, and the run closes with counts of jurisdictions covered and officials touched.
Inside every delivery
Every row carries the official directory it was checked against and the day it was checked. A stale seat gets flagged, never quietly passed off as current.
Term-end year and open filing window sit in the same row as the seat, so you can see which offices are in play. Three of the ten seats in that pass are open for candidates right now.
Each weekly pass widens the jurisdictions and records what changed. The register is worth more the month after you buy it than the day you did — that is the point of a register.

Because the county's own page is the source. Rollcall checks every entry against the jurisdiction's official directory on each refresh and keeps the date of that check on the row, so you can see how fresh a seat is instead of guessing. Seats that no longer verify are flagged, not silently kept.
