Investor relations, drafted on demand

Every intro quotes the firm's own thesis. Nothing leaves the queue without your approval.

Drop a list of target firms in. Anteroom writes each introduction from that firm's own stated thesis and recent activity, then parks it in a review queue where pending, approved and sent are tracked line by line. It has no send path of its own.

“The margin in freight is hiding under the phone-and-fax layer.”

We are at term sheet with a platform selling straight into that layer. Two million of the allocation is open, on the lead's terms.

How it works

Target list in, approved letters out, three steps.

01

Load the target list

Paste firms out of your CRM, drop in a spreadsheet, or add them one at a time. Anything sitting in the queue is in scope for the next run.

02

Anteroom reads the firm before it writes

Thesis page, portfolio announcements, recent activity — then a letter that argues your deal against what that firm has already said it believes.

03

You clear the queue

Drafts wait on your dashboard with a status chip each. Approve, edit or reject them one by one. The batch cannot move without you.

Inside every delivery

Three things every batch gives you.

Thesis-level personalization

Each letter argues from the firm's own words — a quoted thesis line, a named recent check — instead of “I came across your fund”.

A hard approval gate

Anteroom has no auto-send path at all. Drafts cannot send themselves, so your reputation never leaves your hands.

A queue with memory

Status is tracked per firm — pending, approved, sent — so a partner who already heard from you does not resurface in the next batch.

Who's behind this

Built on the capital desk, not in a marketing tool.

AN
Twin Labs · Capital desk

Drafting syndicate and co-invest outreach since 2025.

A syndicate round is fifty personalized emails, and the personalization is the entire game — the moment one reads like a template, that firm is gone. Anteroom does the research pass and the first draft. The judgment and the send button stay with me.

FAQ

The three real objections.

What stops it emailing a partner behind my back?

Nothing sends. Approval is a per-draft action you take in the dashboard, and Anteroom has no auto-send path at all — it writes, stages and stops there.

Will a partner be able to tell it was drafted for me?

The personalization comes from public thesis pages, portfolio announcements and the firm's recent activity, and every claim is traceable back to its source. You still read and edit before approving — most people change a line or two, which is exactly what the gate is for.

What happens to a firm I have already pitched?

The queue tracks each firm's status — pending, approved, sent — so a partner who already heard from you does not come back around in the next batch. Reply handling and follow-up drafts can be wired in during setup.

Read the first batch before you pay for anything.
